Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of strategicbuilders.ai (the “Site”), the newsletter, the lead magnets, and the course Product Strategy in the AI Era: From Vision to Revenue (the “Course”). The Site is operated by David Kremlinsky, a sole proprietor based in Israel (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or buying the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. The Course and what you get
When you purchase the Course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use. The exact materials, support, and any included tools depend on which tier you purchased (Foundation, AI-Native, or Private), as described on the Course page at the time of purchase. Course delivery and hosting are handled by Teachable; their terms apply to your Teachable account.
2. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed on the Course page in US dollars. Payments are processed by Teachable.
Because the Course is digital content you get access to immediately, refunds are limited. Once you have accessed the Course, a refund is not available if either of the following has happened:
- You have completed more than 20% of the Course content, or
- You have downloaded the AI toolkit.
These materials cannot be returned once consumed, which is why a refund is not possible at that point. If neither of the above has happened, you may request a refund by emailing david@strategicbuilders.ai, and we'll review your request.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional refund rights under your local consumer-protection law, and nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
3. Intellectual property
The Course materials, frameworks, prompts, written articles, and everything else published on the Site are our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your purchase gives you the right to use the materials for your own learning and your own work. It does not give you the right to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or republish the materials
- Use them to build a competing product, course, or training program
- Share your login credentials with anyone else
- Use any part of the materials to train a machine-learning model
If you'd like to use a quote, framework, or screenshot for an article, podcast, or internal training, email us and we'll usually say yes with attribution.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or mass-download the Site or the Course
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, access controls, or rate limits
- Submit fake names or emails to the signup forms
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
5. Disclaimers
The Course teaches frameworks and judgment for product management in the AI era. It is educational content, not professional advice. Your specific situation — your product, market, employer, and career — is yours to evaluate. Decisions you make based on the Course are your own responsibility, and outcomes will depend on factors outside our control. The Site and the Course are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, the Course, or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the Course if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by sharing your login or redistributing course materials. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is material, we'll also announce it in the newsletter. Continuing to use the Site or the Course after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
